Bathroom with bath and over-bath shower, W.C., washing machine and dryer. Large private gardens and fields at clients’ disposal, patio garden furniture including BBQ. Free off the road parking for 2 cars.

  • All utility cost (electricity, gas & water), Wi-Fi Internet and TV are included.
  • A bi-weekly full cleaning service with change of bed, bath & kitchen linen included. The frequency can be increased at additional cost.
  • A free parking space ‘off the road’ in (underground) garage or in private courtyard of the property.
  • Exit cleaning fee: 175€ for 1 bedroom apartments, 250€ for 2 & 3 bedroom apartments.
  • Dogs and/or cats are accepted in some apartments only, at no extra charge, with the exception of a double Exit Cleaning Fee.
