This apartment is located within just a few minutes by foot from local supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. Also within walking distance to St. John’s International School and Waterloo Business Park.
The apartment is stylishly furnished in modern design, yet cosy and functional. Living with comfortable leather sofa’s, dining table & chairs, desk, T.V., DVD & WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything from the cutlery to a combi-microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, iron and board, and much more. Washing machine is located in bathroom, a condenser dryer in the kitchen.
The main bedroom has a double (1.60 m) bed, the second smaller bedroom has one single bed. The bathroom is accessible through the second bedroom and has bath with over/bath shower, sink and W.C. Ample cupboard & storage facilities in both bedrooms.
Free ‘off the road’ secure parking for one car available in large garage at back of property. This DVM property is equipped with access control security fobs and Video intercom systems.

- All utility cost (electricity, gas & water), Wi-Fi Internet and TV are included.
- A bi-weekly full cleaning service with change of bed, bath & kitchen linen included. The frequency can be increased at additional cost.
- A free parking space ‘off the road’ in (underground) garage or in private courtyard of the property.
Exit cleaning fee: 175€ for 1 bedroom apartments, 250€ for 2 & 3 bedroom apartments.
Dogs and/or cats are accepted in some apartments only, at no extra charge, with the exception of a double Exit Cleaning Fee.
