ALL RATES ARE IN EURO EXCLUSIVE OF 6% VAT All utility charges are included except for 'live' fixed telephone line, Wi-Fi Internet & digital TV channels which is charged at 95€/month or 5€/day for reservations less than 1 month WEEKLY CLEANING and change of linen included FREE PARKING, off the road in secure private courtyards or covered (basement or ground floor) parking Exit cleaning charge of € 95 + 6%VAT for stays >1 week in studio and 1-bedroom apts. For 2 and 3 bedroom apts. € 150 +6%VAT Dogs and/or cats are allowed in certain apartments only at no extra monthly cost except for double check-out charge
