telephone line and high speed Wi-Fi Internet access in all apartments at additional cost of € 95/month or € 5/day for stays <1 month. - actual telephone calls made cross charged separately at service provider's billing to DVM + 10%. All local '02' calls are free of charge.
- utility cost for electricity, heating, water, local taxes, TV licence fees, municipal taxes, maintenance, etc. included in our ratesfull apartment cleaning services performed once a week
- weekly change of towels and house linen; sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases...
- three sets of bedlinen for all beds provided including kitchen & bath towels, tablecloths & napkins
- free 'off the road' private car parking in secure courtyards at back of DVM properties or underground basement or covered ground floor parking
- Taxi shuttle services provided upon request ---> collection from airport, train station or hotel to reserved DVM apartment
